What is this?

In each theme room, you will be locked inside for 60 minutes while you and your team try to figure out how to escape or solve a mystery. The rooms contain clues, hidden items, and many surprises.   Each theme room has spared no expense in decorations and special effects to bring the room to life and make it a thrilling experience!!

How many people can play at once?

You can experience our rooms with 2-10 players.   The more the merrier!  Have a larger group, split in to two teams and see which team gets a faster time!   Parents vs. kids, bosses vs. employees, etc.

How much does it cost?

The cost per person is $30.   If you have fewer than ten players you can make the room private for your party by paying a discounted rate for the remaining spots.

If I’m late, can I still play?

Please don’t be late.   Unfortunately we can not provide refunds to those that are late.   New escape games happen every hour and we can’t punish the rest of our customers.

I need to reschedule my reservation!

We are only able to reschedule within 24 hours of your reservation.  Same day bookings can not be rescheduled.

Do I need a reservation?

It is always recommended to have a reservation, especially on weekends and holidays.  If you want to show up the day of hoping to pay individual pricing for a private game, that might work on weekdays, but i’ts never guaranteed.  Call us first, 909-547-3447

Where are you located?

We are located at 40055 Big Bear Blvd.  Our Escape Rooms are on the second floor above WowRentals.   All of our Escape Rooms are in one location.

How long do I have to complete the game?

Every room has a time limit of 60 minutes.   Rooms have varying degrees of difficulty from a 30% escape rate to 60% escape rates.

Are there any age restrictions for participants?

The Search and Rescue theme and Holcomb’s Lost Gold are both great themes for families with children or children’s b-day parties.   All of our escape rooms are not recommended for children under 8, but it is up to the parent’s discretion.  Children between the ages of 8 and 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult.  The Big Bear Asylum is not recommended for children under 13.

Do I have to arrive in advance?

It is important that your group arrives at least 15 minutes prior to game time so that the participants can check-in, complete waivers, and get instructions on the room.

What, if anything, should I bring to the game?

Your brain!! and a fun attitude.  Nothing else required.  We will ask you to leave phones and personal items outside in a locker.

Is it scary?

There are surprises in each room and “scary” is a personal measure.  The old-western themed, Holcomb’s Lost Gold, and Bear Valley Search and Rescue have a scary level of about 2 out of 10.   The Big Bear Asylum can be scary and is about an 7 out of 10 on the scary scale.   The Asylum is not recommended for children 13 and under.
